Task Description: This week in room 10 we had been learning all about ice cream. For this task we had to make ice cream by using different materials to create a vanilla ice cream. After that I then had to write instructions to make ice cream. Check out my instructions below:
Ingredients |
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup salt
- 4 cups ice cubes

- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- 1 x medium sized snap lock
- 1 x large sized snap lock bag

Instructions |
- First you need to open your medium sized bag
- Then pour ½ cup cream into the bag.
- Then added a tablespoon of sugar to the same bag.
- Finally add half a teaspoon of vanilla to the bag.
- Seal up the medium sized bag.
- Open up the large bag
- Add in half a cup of salt
- The add in 4 cups of ice
- Put the medium sized bag inside the large bag and seal it tight.
- Use a tea towel to help shake the bag for 10 minutes without stopping.
- Open up the large bag and take the medium sized bag out.
- Scoop some ice cream into a cup and try it out.
