Scientific Method
WALT: safely conduct an experiment and explain the process and results using the scientific method.
This week we are going to conduct a science experiment using the scientific method to write up the results. Use the class brainstorm from the jam board if you need extra help.

Conclusion
What did you find out? Was your prediction correct? |
|||||||||||||||||||||
My prediction was kind of correct. I thought that the sugar would dissolve and it did. I thought that the pepper and oil would dissolve in the water but it did not. The oil kind of just mixed in with the water and you could still see it so it didn’t really dissolve. I said that the salt would not dissolve and it did. I was correct about the oats and the sprinkles they did not dissolve. I found the oil and sprinkles really interesting to watch. The sprinkles lost their colour but did not dissolve completely. |
